Customer complains about hard and undercooked churros at mt druitt store, seeking $38 reimbursement from san churro.
I go monthly to Mt druitt store with grandkids, last week I went and the churros were as hard as rock on outside and under cooked on inside. Want a voucher to amount of 38.00 for reimbursement

Customer seeking refund for order not received from north lakes store in qld, disappointed with unhelpful staff and transfer to wa store.
Can I please request a refund on the below order. It was never received. I had ordered from the North Lakes store in QLD. I’m not sure how my order got sent over to Wa Store when ordering from Northlakes QLD table. The staff at Northlakes were unhelpful and told me to contact this store to arrange a refund. This was very disappointing.

Customer upset after receiving dairy dipping sauce instead of requested dairy-free, staff failed to rectify issue, vows to never return to san churro.
Came instore for birthday churros on 26/4/24 around 10:30am. when asked what dipping sauce, i confirmed and clarified request for dairy free chocolate, as well as a dairy free gelato scoop. For some reason I was given one of each dipping sauce (dairy and non dairy). Unfortunately, I ate mostly from the dairy based one. After a while I noticed the colour of the two dipping chocolates was different and queried this with a team member and she confirmed i was indeee eating the dairy chocolate. I told her I was really upset I was given this dipping sauce. She did nothing but look awkward and made no attempt to acknowledge or try to rectify the situation. I can now look forward to great stomach discomfort and headaches after consuming dairy and feel completely violated by trusting San Churro staff to deliver a safe meal to eat. A birthday treat now completely ruined. The Erina staff are negligent in their service of food and worse, completely ill-equipped to deal with customer dissatisfaction. I will never come back to San Churro ever again and would share this experience with close friends and family too so they can reconsider where they put their trust to serve them food that won't cause them harm. <br /><br />As a side note, the ceiling lights and fixtures of the Erina store are absolutely filthy. They look like they have never been cleaned with the amount of dust build up throughout the entire ceiling, but it is worse over the counter. Not a great look and had it not been for this experience, I would reconsider eating here again with evident lack of thorough cleaning that takes place.
