After the Optus outage, I thought it would be fair to receive a $40 reduction in our next bill which was presented via the Ajust platform. Optus had offered a 250gb data package as compensation but we already have enough data on our plan. I was pleasantly surprised that after the Ajust complaint, I was offered a full month free from Optus. That equates to $165. Great outcome. Thanks to Optus and to Ajust.
