Received melted lindor chocolates, seeking compensation and apology from lindt for poor quality and storage issue.
Was given a 235g box of assorted Lindor for mothers day. When opened, the chocolates were partly melted and the taste was not good. Very disappointed. I feel the boxes must not have been stored properly when being transported or after delivery. If the taste had been ok, I would not have bothered complaining. But they were terrible.

Two bags of Lindt chocolates have dry centres, not liquid smooth like normal. Not as tasty as normal. I would like some yummy replacements.

I was so shocked when I bit into a Lindt, Lindor Truffle, and the inside was empty! Disappointment that I wouldn't get the creamy filling. It is always gone too fast as it is. I would like you to replace some, please. I did not realize I should have taken a picture of it until it was too late. I ate the shell. I do have numbers from the package. It was likely one that slipped by in the machine that fills them (?). Badly heat affected block of Les Grandes milk chocolate block. It was inedable completley ruined. These products are expensive and this is not the first time I have had to throw items in the bin.
