My Mother Has a sore leg and cannot walk. The delivery driver made her come down the stairs all the way to the street to collect our purchase. I have ordered milk run tens of times and every time the driver has delivered the goods to the door as they are meant to.

Hi! I received my groceries on the 1st June 2024. Delivery service fantastic but just an issue with the bananas I ordered. They're not very nice inside to eat so they're going in the bin.

Delivery driver did not deliver to the door, made elderly mother with sore leg go to the street. seeking full refund and apology.
The delivery person didn’t deliver to the door. They made my mother go to the street and pick up our order as I was not home. My Mother Has a sore leg and cannot walk. The delivery driver made her come down the stairs all the way to the street to collect our purchase. I have ordered milk run tens of times and every time the driver has delivered the goods to the door as they are meant to. This Delivery driver did do her job and threw the bags on the ground for my mother to pick up. She was also very rude. This is unacceptable and I would like a full refund for the inconvenience.

Customer seeks refund for duplicate order and poor customer service. dissatisfied with milkrun's handling of situation and inability to reach anyone.
I had two orders yesterday. One was cancelled and a similar order was made An hour after. I got charged for both and got delivered my cancelled order. Ontop of this, i have been deliberately ignored by a man on the chat called Ben. Ive been unable to speak to anyone since 2pm yesterday. Honestly do not understand how it's possible to not be able to get through over phone. I've called 18x, not once have i been able to get through. What is the go? I want my refund and an explanation and my order fixed. I wouldnt recommend Milkrun to anyone. Very disappointed.

Customer seeks refund and apology from milkrun for failed delivery, unable to reorder due to financial constraints, had to borrow money for groceries.
I was waiting for my delivery as I was sick and couldn’t make it out myself. The instructions were place items on porch. I was later notified that my delivery had been delivered and they were not. The image they provided was not my porch. I couldn’t get through on the phone number provided so I started a chat who explained to me it would take 5 business days to receive a refund. I’m on the disabilities pension I can’t just reorder. I’ve had to borrow money so I can receive my groceries so we can eat

Repeated delivery issues at wrong address causing frustration and rude drivers.
A Milkrun delivery driver attempted to leave a customers order at our residence even after being advised he was at the wrong address. This keeps happening. The Milkrun customer doesn't give instructions that his location is in a lane above the cul de sac where we live so we have been dealing with this situation for months. have spoken to the customer but he doesn't care if his orders are late or the drivers are irate because we have to deal with them. Still waiting for a response from Milkrun after lodging a Complaint. The customer is Bradley Marshall at 6 Gloster Close East Gosford NSW 2250. Some companies are refusing to deal with him any longer. The drivers have been quite angry and rude and we shouldn't have to deal with them. We want Milkrun to tell their delivery drivers not to come to our address anymore. We are not a Milkrun customer.

Customer experienced poor service with no driver assigned, lack of communication, and disappointment with first order from Milkrun.
Wwas no place to add code so missed out. .she waited a long time no groceries. Checked app said issue with order we will be in touch we wait a long time no contact. I called customer service they said no driver had been assigned. I mentioned the code they said well there is next time.this has been totally disappointing no contact at all if I hadn't called still wouldn't have groceries yet we don't think we will be using milk run again it was to much hassle. My mum was looking forward to using milk run and her first order gas been terrible.
