Customer upset with bp for pump shutting down mid-refueling, resulting in higher price. questioning legality and standard practice.
I was filling up my car with Ultimate fuel, when suddenly the pump closed down, after only 12 litres? It was showing at $2.00 a litre. I went inside to the operator and explained that I had not finished, she said to pay for the fuel already dispensed and start the refueling process again. When I went to continue my refueling, the price showed $2.42, I finished filling then went into pay and complained to the operator. She said it was a reset of the price. I realise it was out of her control, so did not make a fuss, but I do feel that this is so wrong, to be mid sale, then stopped so a higher price can be charged!! Surely, the price should reset once the pump is replaced back on the bowser, not shut the pump down mid process?? Is this standard practice? If so, is it legal? Have always been a BP customer.

Truck drivers are unhappy with the conditions at bp capricorn roundhouse, including food availability and cleanliness of toilets and showers. urgent attention needed.
Capricorn Roudhouse !!! Is third country status !!! We as truck drivers depend on this to stay safe healthy and able to perform our duties Its absolutely disgusting and the availability of decent food or even a coffee is so hit and miss The conditions of the toilets and showers disgusting to say the least I’m dam sure no one from a Bp office would use them You need this attended to urgently

Customers are complaining about only 1 working pump out of 6 and leaking diesel handles at bp, causing inconvenience and mess.
HIGH FLOW DIESEL TRUCK PUMPS a. There is only 1 (one) pump working out of 6 (six) – this has been like this for the past couple of months. b. The pump handle on several of the pumps (when they were working) and including the only one that is working – all leak diesel. It is really a very poor advertisement for BP besides the inconvenience when having to take three times longer to fuel up, longer when there is more than one waiting to fuel and mess that leaking diesel does to our equipment.

Customer seeks $12.00 refund and apology from bp for unauthorized use of bp credits towards coffee purchase.
I purchased 4x Maxi size coffees at BP Rockingham Park at 2.50 am on 30thof June. Because it was a night window I had to pass him my phone for the BP rewards, Then without asking the the operator cashed in my BP credits (Approximately $12.00 towards the coffees .i said to him please don’t use the credit as I’m saving it and letting it build up. It takes a long time to earn rewards so you can understand my frustrations when he used the credits. Is there anyway to get them put back on my card and I’m happy to pay the difference in cash?? Hi I’m living in Tarneit. I went to put the petrol for my car near Tarneit garden shopping centre bp petrol station. (New petrol station) When I was putting the petrol it was overflow and sprayed on my face and eyes. And I got burning in my eyes. I couldn’t open my eyes few minutes. My eyesight was burning and blurry. It happened suddenly. Immediately I went to spoke with counter boy. And I asked about manager and he said manager is unavailable. Still I have eyes burning and pain as well.

Complaint about lack of amenities during bp computer upgrade causing frustration for truck drivers. seeking apology and resolution for future.
Hi I'm writing with concern about a computer upgrade at Marulan BP south bound this morning closing the site with approximately 40 or more trucks on site this location wich heavily profits from the transport industry showed no compation towards truck drivers and our day to day scedual why would you close the site and not have plans in place to offer amenities showers,toilets ect.. to the drivers I understand the upgrades have to take place also how can this matter be resolved in the future I amongst several other drivers were very frustrated this morning, i had to sit for an hour when i could have been resting and wait for my work dairy to clock over for my break requirement and drive to another place for ammenites when I told my employer about the situation was not very happy at all with us spending millions of dollars pre annum with BP
