Customer complains about inconsistent pricing and service at 7-eleven ingelburn oxford rd, seeking resolution and expressing frustration with potential price gouging.
Every time I go to 711 ingelburn Oxford rd he all ways says that his sluppy are not working so I asked him if I can get a chocolate oak 500ml in the cartaen and he tells me after 12:00 they cost $6:50 I said no way can I buy a coffee they are 2:00 and he tells me $3:50 I will not go back there until they have someone different because he is just trying to rip people off it's not fair the reason I'm saying something is because his doing it to me so don't no how many other people his doing it to

Customer upset over staff reaction to taking extra cup, seeks apology and action against 7-eleven staff at north melbourne store.
I took a coffee from the 7- eleven shop and also took an extra empty cup. The staff was very angry and annoyed just because I took an extra small cup. Like seriously, what on earth is wrong with the staff. Even the staff told me he is going to charge me for it and I put the cup back. That's not fair to charge for an entra empty cup. Is 7- eleven going to suffer a loss if a customer takes an extra empty cup. Very disappointing, annoying and outrageous. I bought the coffee from 7 - eleven store which is on 83 Errol St, North Melbourne VIC 3051. Two black nationals man and woman were the staff. Very awful and pathetic service from these people. Shocked to see 7 Eleven staff behaved in such an awful manner. I request you to please look into this matter and take some strict action against them.

Customer upset with boss at 7eleven woolaware for making rude comments and discussing her in front of other staff, leading to decision to stop patronizing the business.
My name is Charli Rose Sarcia I am making a complaint towards the boss at woolaware. I have been a long term customer and he always is so spiteful towards me and his words with nasty comments. I went in on the 9th July 2024 he saw me and he said you look lost and then I said I am not lost , then I was telling the server that I want the car wash and vaccum and the boss was repeating what I said , then he started talking about me in front of me to other staff saying she always gets the car wash and vaccum no matter if it's raining or not . This is so rude to talk about customers that are going there to support the business, I get petrol and everything I won't be going anymore . The boss knows who I am it happened in the morning . There were other comments he made . It's so rude when I have been a long term customer how unprofessional to talk about others in that manner. I am over it and not coming back Charli Rose

Customer seeks refund and apology from 7-eleven after staff member refused to swap stale sandwiches, became aggressive, and used explicit language.
Last night (around 11pm)we stopped in to a 7-Eleven and purchased some sandwiches which tasted stale so after checking used by date (07/07/24) my daughter returned to ask staff member (Khryss) who served her if she could swap because the ones we tried tasted off, she said ok then another staff member interrupted and said they don’t swap food that had already been touched (her and myself had taken a bite each of one half a sandwich) my daughter then said we hadn’t realised the date was expiring before we tried it. She then asked for a refund to which the interrupting staff member tried to refuse… my daughter stated we would like a refund and we won’t leave until we get one. The staff member then got very aggressive and tried to intimidate my daughter and upon hearing him calling her a dickhead and other explicit names I entered the store to try to de escalate the argument now happening between my daughter and the interrupting staff member by then Khryss had kindly refunded my daughters money however seeing me entering store the other staff member had retreated to behind a closed door. I asked Khryss for his name (Namjet Singh) so I could make a complaint about his behaviour and she wrote it down for me then we hopped back in my car. Namjet came out to the window to give gestured us to “go” I went back in to ask for his reasoning of his behaviour but again he retreated behind the door to which I had had enough of his behaviour and left the store. His behaviour was unacceptable and he should not be working in this environment if a customer only asks for a simple request and he turned it into a very unpleasant situation for us and the kind staff member (Khryss) My daughter and I will never come to this store again and fear he could be potentially affecting other customers with his intimidation.

Dear Sir/Madam, My case no is CS0413117, I emailed my transaction remittance to your company regarding my purchase $100 in 7-11 Epping store on 21/6/2024, I would like to get refund as I did not purchase anything in this store. I called your company a few times, but never got proper response, I have been told “ still investigating “ , this led me reoccurring of depression and anxiety. I hope you solve this simple problem asap, otherwise I have to go to hospital, and you will get penalty $1000 by fair trading. Please solving this very simple problem seriously and honestly. Customer complained about being overcharged at 7-eleven for hot chocolate, feeling embarrassed and singled out by the manager.
Me and my partner were getting a hot chocolate from the 7-Eleven yesterday morning there is no signs to say extra charges will apply for alterations on a self-service machine when we went to pay for the hot drinks which we have done many times in many different locations it has never been a problem nor have we been pulled up for using the coffee function in the machine. We have had issues in the past with the milk distributer so we choose the latte option & it fills out cup perfectly everytime. We have one or two everyday for years now but the man behind the counter at Minchinbury seven eleven NSW, he over charged us & then took our cups away saying if we didn't pay extra , we were not going to receive the drink we made. It would go to waste as we make it quite sweet. He could just say he charges differently ' next time come with more money, we'd of paid the $6 and would never come back but he just refused to let us pay for the hot chocolate and said he wanted an extra coffee charged to our order. We don't get overcharged for the heap of sugar we put in, nor do people get charged more for strong coffee or extra milk. So why were we being singled out this random time & laughed at almost. This was so embarrassing as he watched us scrape up the money as it was. We left feeling so aweful. We then went to the next seven eleven & proceeded to make our regular drink and transaction was not a problem. The Minchinbury manager guy was really off-putting & has my feathers ruffled for days ongoing now.

I asked the cashier at the store in haynes for a price on a chocolate bar. His response was " I don't know" in the RUDEST and most arrogant manner. This was after I tried to point to what I wanted and he waved his hand as if to shoo me away. This is my local store and I attend it every day almost and I have never encountered a staff member Luke this. It's absolutely disgusting and I'll go to another station after this I think.
