Customer received poor service at industrie dfo store in essendon, lack of acknowledgment, unprofessional behavior, seeking apology and better service.
My son and I were at your DFO store in Essendon. Three young ladies stood at the counter while we were in there for at 10/15 minutes looking for sizes etc. Not once did they acknowledge us or ask could they help in any way. My son found what he needed and after purchasing the shirts I voiced my disappointment at the lack of service. It was met with. smirk from the girl I spoke to while another girl was kind enough to say ‘ you’re exactly right and I’m so sorry we treated you like that. The other taller one of the three still just continued smirking. I went on to say to her ‘ if I was a mystery shopper you’d be stuffed’. Her behaviour was arrogant and I finished by saying ‘ I hope you treat the next person walking through your doors a bit more kindly. Your service has been appalling’. And what they were talking about while we were trying to find what we needed was bagging out their boss. Very unprofessional!!

Customer upset with service at industrie parramatta store, asked to leave 15 mins before closing time despite google showing closing at 9pm.
I’ve shopped with you guys for as long as I can remember but never experienced such shit service as I did tonight at your Parramatta store. I walked into the store at 8.45pm tonight with the shutter half down. I walked in and was asked to leave by the male asian staff member. I said “don’t you close at 9?” And he responded saying “nah we’re closed now”. To clarify, this is on a Thursday evening and google shows you guys close at 9pm. You should probably have a chat with these guys turning away customers 15 mins before the close time. Massive joke.
