Customer seeks credit for returned jeans and an apology after poor treatment from staff at Sussan.
I have been going to sussan over 20 years please check my record of spending at Sussan i bought a pair of jeans to small took back bought a size bigger did not fit went back to the maneger i like a credit she was nasty saying we don't do that find some else which i did got home to small i am disable cannot use the square thing in change room the girl did not know how to make a credit she was new she was on the phone to manager i could stand no more i said i go have a coffee when i came back the maneger wasa there as soon as she saw me she went into the store room and left the new girl and another girl to tell me we don't return or give credit or exchange! i could not believe it look at video i could not be live you get treated like that i said stick it and walked out so you have my money i have nothing i wont be going back with vicious staff like that they are not a credit to Sassan i will go though fair trading i want it known how you get treated it has absolute guttered me i don't know how much i paid you have the docket

It seem today I got a email saying I received $50 voucher.plus $20voucher earlier.problem is I have put my email plus password for both plus changed the password and it want work.<br />Had the same problem with baker delight.<br />I’m a pensioner and I don’t understand why sussan want except my password.<br />The only way I can do it is pay a iPhone man to do it . But I can’t afford it<br />Figtree grove manager said the $20 gift voucher has tobe submitted on the internet. Well I can’t so the shop want give me the $20 and $50 unless I put my email password on the internet. <br />Can’t do it as a elderly woman who has no idea about app’s password is unfair <br />I do shop in your figtree grove shop but now I will move on as I can get the $20 or $50 gift vouchers <br />I have spent a lot of money over the time<br />Staff ok<br />It’s your rules. <br />Looks like my vouchers I can kiss it goodbye
