Customer seeking update on missing pink jumper from jeanswest order, multiple emails sent with no response.

Customer has not received goods or communication from jeanswest despite multiple efforts, including a moderated review. chargeback process initiated, no response since april 22, 2024.
Have not recieved goods nor ANY communication despite my two direct efforts AND leaving a disgruntled review of the product fully paid for that was moderated adn removed by I assume a person, the second review was allowed through. Have begun the chargeback process with my bank but have still not recieved any direct or reply communication from 22 april 2024 onwards.

Customer seeking $70 and apology from jeanswest for black capri pants with streaky white marks and excessive dye loss.
Paid $70 for a pair of black capri pants, first wash it came out with streaky white marks and a lot of dye came out the pants look they have been worn for years. I did wash them in cold water inside out ( I have worked in a laundry for 7 years) . I understand that dye does come out and they are designed to fade bit this was far far to much the pants are unwearable.

Poor customer service due to employee not following posted hours, resulting in lost sales.
The Glenn Jeanwest branch, Lady worker closes the shop for 30 minutes sign but keeps going out and about while people come and wait and leave. <br />This is why there is no better sales lols
