Customer experiencing wifi connection issues after switching to nokia wifi, seeking apology and resolution from starhub.
I subscribed Starhub homebundle on 22 Feb 2024. I was introduced to switch to Nokia wifi (i was using google wifi), which your sale people claimed its 10x faster. Since installing, many areas in my house dont get wifi connection. Your guy came to change the Nokia devices but the problem still persist. We called to complain about the bad connection and was told Starhub will do troubleshoot on the phone with us and when appointments were fixed, either no one at Starhub called or they called not at the appointed time. Its more than 2 weeks, problem still not resolved. Im having difficulties in my zoom sessions. Please resolve as soon as possible

I have recently been treated like some excess garbage by the staff of Starhub.The staff always seem to be rectifying' but in actual fact they fail to point the fingers elsewhere except themselves. I had 20 sg dollars & all of a sudden it simply vanished.This is not the first time & I've complaint on numerous occasions..Can someone plz rectify the mistake which you guys have done.If that is not possible, then let me speak to your CEO personally
