Customer upset about pricing increases and lack of transparency, accuses company of being scammers.
The company are all just a bunch of scamming bastards out to rip people off. Massive increases in pricing, not being informed properly about the increases, when signing up you get told that amout is all you will pay and not a swnt more only for a nation wide increase so that not vodafones problem. And so much more. SCAMMERS!!! you will never get my business again!!!

Customer received locked iphone instead of ordered device, seeking refund and apology from vodaphone after unsuccessful attempts to unlock.
I ordered& received an iphone 14 in May 2024 for my son. I have both of our phone accounts & devices through Vodaphone @ have been a customer for 10+ yrs. Device rec’d was a locked iphone for a company ‘SalesForce’. When Vodaphone call operators & hours of sitting in a store in Southport, Qld - we were sent to Apple where they could not unlock due to Salesforce registered device. I want a refund since May ‘24 on this locked device and want to leave this device at a Vodaphone store. I will buy a new phone myself as I do not wish my son to go through this stress and shocking denial that ‘this can’t be true’! Comments from call operators and at the store.

Customer seeks refund, apology, employee training, and modem after multiple issues with vodafone services.
On May 10, 2024, I contacted Vodafone via virtual chat requesting an additional benefit to my account due to dissatisfaction with the services provided. The representative sarcastically offered only a $5 discount, claiming it was the maximum possible, when I was seeking an increase in my internet package. Faced with this situation, I requested the immediate cancellation of my mobile and home internet plans.The representative confirmed that the plans were canceled, and when I asked about the need to return the modem, he stated it wasn't necessary, citing a policy previously informed to me by another Vodafone representative, where the modem would become mine after two years of the contract.However, on May 29, 2024, I received a notification that there was still a pending charge of $59.99 for the home internet. I immediately contacted Vodafone again via virtual chat, and the representative confirmed the outstanding amount. I requested the manager be consulted and the charge be canceled, which was supposedly resolved with a promise of a refund.To my surprise, on June 28, 2024, I received a new invoice from Vodafone charging again for the home internet, including additional fees, totaling $74.44. Once again, I contacted them via virtual chat, where an agent repeatedly asked the same question about the cancellation of the internet, ignoring my detailed explanations of the previous issues.Later, a manager called me stating that the account was still open due to the non-return of the modem. I tried to explain the contract terms to her, but she was abrupt and insisted on the modem's return, so I hung up. Then, I contacted a virtual agent who repeated the modem return issue. I referenced the contract I had signed, but he said they wouldn't do anything unless I returned the modem.I decided to personally visit a Vodafone store to return the modem, where I was finally treated with respect by an employee who was surprised by my situation. He acknowledged the company's mistake and apologized for the bad experience. After returning the modem (despite the previous agent saying it was legally mine), I requested a receipt and asked about notes in the system regarding my unresolved complaints, to which he said there were no records of complaints. I would like Vodafone to refund me immediately for the incorrectly debited money from my account. Additionally, I request a formal apology and confirmation that the company will conduct appropriate training for its employees. I also request that they send me a modem, as I was mistakenly instructed to return it.

Customer seeking reversal of charges from vodafone due to cancellation over 2 months ago, hardship, and personal circumstances causing mental distress.
I cancelled over 2 months ago and I keep getting charged !! And no use! I applied for hardship!! I want charges reversed as I haven’t had a tv my partner passed and I couldent leave the house due to Covid!! This has caused my mental state to become worsened!! As I’m having panic attacks over this !! I may talk to the ombudsman about this ongoing issue!!
