Customers frustrated with tpg app login process, find it stressful and time-wasting, seeking improvement in user-friendliness and stability.
Logging into and using the TPG app is stressful and frustrating. Not user friendly at all. Constantly wasting my time having to login each time with codes, being suddenly logged out.

Customer experiencing unstable nbn connection, tpg failed to resolve issue, seeking waiver of remaining contract amounts.
Setup NBN with Landline connction tw months ago. The connection is completely unstable and unreliable. We have raised the issue with TPG on a number of occassions. They only send a person to the street to resolve the issue, but then it fails again - usually within hours of being resolved. TPG refuse to send a technician to the premises to check what is going on. We can no longer operate with no connection, or at best a completely unstable connection. We intend to move to another provider. However, we still have 4 months left on our contract which we do not feel is fair as TPG have not provided a stable connection and been given many chances to do so. We want to have the remaining contract amounts waived.

Customer upset with tpg for requiring bundle for modem, not informed by sales team, needs issue resolved asap.
I have been a long time customer of TPG, over 6 years. I recently moved and had to terminate my account for 4 weeks. I now have a new address and have restarted with TPG. I advised them I have the modem TPG originally provided me and do not need a new one. I signed up for the $75/m plan. I have tried to connect to the internet and it won’t work. I rang TPG helpline and they told me I had to buy a TPG Bundle for the modem to work. I was never told this when I re-signed with the sales team and I DO NOT want a bundle. I am already paying $75 a month and that’s enough. I was then told I would be transferred to the accounts team to sort it out and the phone then disconnected. I am furious! I work from home and need this resolved ASAP and should not be forced into a bundle I do not want. I have been lied to by the sales team. I will take this further if I am not connect or TPG need to send me a modem that doesn’t require a bundle.

Customer unable to set up internet service at new house despite successful payment, unable to contact support for assistance.
I asked to move the internet service to my new house on the 28th of June 2024 and I was told the new development payment is successful and that I can now plug in the modem and it should work. I have had no luck in contacting for support since yesterday and the payment has not been withdrawn. I have moved into the new house and have no wifi.

I have had tpg as internet provider for about a month. It does not work. I am told it is not patched to my house by independent Nbn I am unable to work from home.
