Customer Service

I have neen with iinet for over 6 years. Their cistomer service is great i in the past have been happy with them. But their fetch tv department is terrible ive waited for 3 month to have purchased movies and tv shows to be transferred to my account, i still dont know when ill get them. They haven't contacted me at all. Ridiculous

There appears to me, to be a gaming of the system by iiNet techs. They say whatever they can think of to get you to give them a high service rating and by the time you realise they were either speaking nonsense or had no intention of following up, despite promising the moon, you’ve made your rating and you never speak to them again. It results in wasted time, frustration and makes you seem like a crank because while each person is polite and apologetic they don’t fix and you call back annoyed.

Worst company ever to deal with can’t connect anyone in Australia only overseas call centre internet was constantly slow usually half of what we were paying for when we changed provider they disconnected our phone number it is now lost after having it for 30+ years
