Customer seeks replacement or full credit from kogan for stick vac losing suction after minimal use on laminated floors.
We purchased a stick vac from Kogan on July 13, 2023 and followed instructions and looked after it. We use it once a week on laminated floors. The product has all of a sudden it started to lose suction and is now useless. We have now diverted back to the floor vacuum cleaner, our old Dyson. To supply a replacement before the warrantee runs out or a full credit so we can upgrade to a more expensive one.
