Veteran was not validated or responded to, Veteran was disregarded. When calling Movieworld the Veteran was given three conflicting answers by three staff and was fobbed off by being told to show up at the ticket counter.

Family waited 2.5 hours for a ride, missed out on others, and then ride was cancelled. requesting refund for tickets due to poor experience.
My family and myself waited on quests for our first ride on the log fume for 2.5hours. We were unable to do many of the rides available due to this and waiting times for rides are terrible. And then the ride was cancelled. I understand that there is wait times, but there was no communication whilst waiting and this would have changed our minds to stay in queue. I would like a refund of our ticket purchases for movie world, single price x 7 (yes our party number. We are travelling from overseas and refunds not come visit again will only be acceptes

Customer experienced rude behavior from movie world employee at dc rivals hypercoaster, seeking apology and resolution for unnecessary shouting incident.
Hi, my family and I have been rudely shouted at by an employee at DC Rivals Hypercoaster on the 7th of June at the about 4pm. This employee completely neglected the singles row for ages, and I was waiting there for more than 40 minutes, despite the waiting time being said for only 20. My parents who were way behind me in the general row were almost about to ride themselves, and so I decided to leave my line to join them instead. Instead of listening to my explanation, of even ask me to leave (if must) politely, she bag shouting at us and refused to let us budge anywhere until she was done shouting. Even when we resoluted the whole thing and were about to get into the ride, she still stopped us to continue shouting at us. I truly feel like that was such an unnecessary behaviour, and that this could've been resolved by just a polite usher or something that doesn't need screaming. Truly disappointed by this behaviour of an employee and I hope that employee gets the reprimandment she deserves. Details of employee: a women, 20-30 y/old, blonde, white.

Customer seeks partial refund from movie world due to multiple major rides being closed for maintenance, leading to disappointment and wasted money.
We flew from Melbourne on 15 May to ride the roller coasters (ticket numbers 165363450506682467 and 165363460506713437and we also purchased a FASS PHOTO PASS to take more photos of the roller coaster ride!). In the morning, the park just opened into the park, but don't tell almost all the large projects are under maintenance (including THE FLASH, DC RIVALS HYPERCOASTER, DOOMSDAY DESTROYER, and SUPERMAN ESCAPE). Only GREEN LANTERN, a roller coaster, can be ridden. Ask the staff to get the answer: the project is under repair; if it is repaired today, it may be open, but unfortunately, we waited until the park closed. These projects still need to be opened! This wasted a lot of our money, as much as possible. The park isn't able to sell tickets and is open to the public if almost all popular rides are under repair! You can wait until they are repaired before opening to the public! We did not get the entertainment we were supposed to get when we purchased our tickets, and I believe that the park made a significant mistake, so I am requesting a partial refund of my admission fee to compensate for my loss.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the treatment my family and I received at Movie World today. Upon our arrival at the park, we encountered extremely poor attitude from the security staff at the entrance. After completing the ticketing process and entering the park, one of the security personnel cast unfriendly glances at my family and proceeded to stop me, questioning the validity of our tickets with suspicion. This experience was deeply insulting and felt like a personal attack on my dignity. I strongly believe that this behavior was motivated by racial discrimination, as it seemed evident that the security staff singled us out based on our Asian ethnicity. Such blatant racial profiling is unacceptable and has left me feeling deeply disappointed with Movie World. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate actions to address and prevent such instances of racial discrimination in the future. It is essential for Movie World to uphold principles of equality and respect for all visitors, regardless of their race or ethnicity. I hope that by bringing this issue to your attention, Movie World can take steps to ensure that every guest feels welcomed and valued at your establishment.

Customer is upset that 7 out of 9 rides are closed at movie world, resulting in long wait times. they are seeking a refund for tickets.
We are here in the park! We are so excited to go in all the ride but of all the 9 rides 7 of them are closed. This makes the other open two have a waiting time of more than 1,5 hours. I demand a refund for the tickets.

We visited Movieworld 3/5/24 and were so disappointed so many Adult rides were closed we have always visited Movieworld when visiting the Gold Coast it was our favourite theme park this visit was such a rip off most rides closed and not much to do at all we arrived at 10.30am and left at 3pm it was just so boring. This time 2yrs ago was the same nothing has changed I will never visit again we have wasted our money 4 x tickets. If you have so many rides closed it should be half price
