Customer seeks refund and apology from village cinemas for deceptive marketing regarding half-price tickets on tuesdays.
Just purchased movie tickets for a movie on Tuesday, expecting them to be half price, as per Village advertising, only to be charged full price with the explanation that they are only half price if purchased on Tuesday. This is deceptive marketing and there is no mention in the terms and conditions that the half price ticket must be bought on Tuesday

Customer seeks full refund of points and apology from village cinemas for pre-purchased movie tickets due to contracting covid.
To whom this may concern, On Wednesday 5th June 2024, I pre-purchased 2 movie tickets for my daughter and l to see the Garfield Movie on Saturday June 8th 2024 . l purchased the tickets with my saved points which l had earned. Unfortunately on Friday 7th June 2024 my daughter and l contracted covid, we were really unwell and l sent an email via the Village Contact Us page requesting to cancel the tickets for a full refund of my points to be returned back due to not being able to go and see the movie that we pre-booked for. I am a little disappointed that, l didn't receive a response from Village and when, l went to check my account this afternoon to see if my points had been refunded/ returned and thus far they haven't been refunded. I am hoping that this matter can be resolved A.S.A.P. I can be reached on 0414278783 to discuss further if needed. I have also sent proof that l had purchased the movie tickets Thank You, Kind Regards, Ann Tsoulakos -Katra.

Hi I’m really sorry to say this me and my family had really bad experience at sunshine village cinema at the cinema the sets was reaped one set was wet the cup holder was sticky some one must spill the drink hasn’t been clean we ask to change the seats but staff said we find you one but they didn’t come back We have to leave between the show been to cinema many times but this wasn’t good sorry I need refund thanks
