Customer seeking refund for poor audio experience during movie at lux cinema, requesting an apology.
Paid quite a lot of money for Lux cinema and ordered alcohol and food. Got into the movie - King Kong - and it was like the movie was in stereo. Barely. I go to the cinemas not just for the bigger screen but the full audio experience. I have a small home theatre and it sounded better than the Lux cinema. Was terribly let down by this experience.

Customer seeks full refund and apology from hoyts cinema due to booking error causing distress to son with autism.
We booked movie tickets for Godzilla X Kong The new empire on 1st of April at 1:15pm in Xtreme 02 at Hoyt’s Chadstone. Seats J22 J21 J20 .We arrived at 12:30pm I showed my movie ticket to the staff and she said that we were in cinema 01. But that we were not allowed to go in Bec the first session was not finished yet. Then I ask the staff again if we’re allowed to get inside the cinema and she said NO because was not ready yet. At 12:45 pm I asked again if we could go in. But the staff say NO because the first session was not finished yet. I said OK! At 1:10pm I ask the staff again if we could go in because the movie was about to start. But the staff said NO That we needed to wait 45 minutes more Because she said the movie was not finished yet.At 1:30pm she came to us and apologised and saying that the movie had started already. She send us 20 minutes late for the movie session in a cinema that didn’t have available the seats that we had booked for.The situation caused distress to my son who suffered Austism. I spoke to the manager and she offered us to rebooked the movie at 3:30pm but we refused it because my son was overwhelm and about to be egitated. I want a full refund for my ticket.

Customer seeks refund for double charge on movie tickets, requests prompt resolution and explanation for delayed transactions.
I have not recieved a refund for a purchase that management from the hoyts cimema I visited and had purchased movie tickets at. I had intended on using gift cards and brought them online but when I looked at my reciept my credit card had been charged and nor my gift cards. After being told that my refund had been given I then re brought the tix using gift cards the same tickets again after supposedly having been refunded the initial charge back onto credit card. and then using the gift cards I wanted to redeem. She started a new transaction and took the gift cards. Is it too early for it to show in my account. Do I need to go back to the cinema and work it out with them. I just know that at this point I've essentially paid 120.00 for 1 adult and 2 children to see a movie. I would like to have this refund completed at your earliest convenience. I realise that Anzac day may have delayed refunds to transfer. But I find it strange that hoyts as big as it is would have such delayed transactions. Could you please get back to me at tamara_baloh@hotmail.com so I can understand what's happened. Otherwise I'll go through Pay Pal disputes.
