Customer frustrated with delayed activation of fetch tv service, ongoing issues for over two weeks, seeking resolution and apology.
We re hire broadband that comes with Fetch TV and the broadband took about three days to be connected. Is Fetch TV has not been activated as yet still waiting for over two weeks the issue supposedly has been escalated for more than a week and a half but still no service. They say that they have limited tools (whatever that means) and still waiting for some tech people to fix the problem but this seems to go on with no results. They only say that we will get a text informing us when the issue is sorted but they definitely don’t know when. Very frustrated customers last ref number was 450909221 from the 7th of June. We can not watch our favourite programs or hardly anything at all and no international news. Please fix the issue and activate our service
