The Ajust input did not result in a cost saving on this occasion but brought my gas supplier to the table, and they did accept their customer support could be better in some aspects I did try to go in alone but was getting nowhere before Tom and his team got involved
AGL took the view that I was responsible for the last 3 years fiasco and I only managed to get the meters checked after much pressure. One meter turned out to be faulty. They are still relying on estimate reading for the hot water meter but correct values have been provided here

AGL have overcharged me on my electricity account. The amount they have charged cannot be correct. My husband and I were away for 10 weeks out of the 14 week charge period. I have plane tickets and credit card charge for petrol to support this.
