Customer unable to log into energy locals account, not receiving password reset email. requesting assistance with setting up online account.
I can’t log into my account. I’ve clicked the ‘forgot password’ + ‘setup password’ links (for signing in for the first time). It says a link will be sent to my email but no emails received (I’ve checked spam). I want my online account setup.

Customers seeking apology and clarification from energy locals for rude staff and unclear billing process.
I would like to complain about you're extremely rude stuff who are being deceptive and you're billing process that is extremely unclear I was not able to explain fully what was going on but the staff are deliberately upsetting me so that they don't actually have to tell me what's going on and then they get upset because I get angry with them. The billing is the big problem they don't make it clear and when I tried to get answers I just get told things like well if you paid on time this wouldn't happen ,when I am a pensioner who hasn't eaten a cooked meal in probably about two months .'Due to the cost of living I live off sandwiches and don't appreciate some little girl telling me that . Also Dylan was lying through his teeth telling me that I couldn't leave energy locals until I had another company set up since when has that been the law ? Also saying that I have no right to complain and the matter would not be taken further . Then tries to buy me off saying he'll delete any money owing if I leave obviously not wanted the matter to go further

Customer experiencing overcharging on power bill since solar panel installation through sa-vpp, bills tripled when solar on, back to normal when off, now $500 overdue.
Have been getting overcharged for my power bill since they installed solar panels through the SA-VPP... my bills literally tripled whilst they solar is turned on... after i turned the system off.. my bills have gone back to normal... i was around $300 in credit when i came to this contract now im $500 overdue !!! its ridiculous

I received a bill with unusally high usage ,i had direct debit taken out each fortnight,only 2 are shown on bill and should have over $500 credit and am receiving half that.promised the world,received nothing but lies and them some.

Customer complains of overcharging, missing rebates, faulty meter, deleted invoices, and billing errors by energy locals, seeking resolution and compensation.
I have constantly been over charged for Electricity ,the usual is around $350 a month & then I would get $700 or $500 ,I wasn;t receiving the Government Rebates despite Emailing Energy Locals & they have Lied several times saying they were actual reads ,then they finally changed my faulty Meter & said the Meter reads were estimated,I was overcharged & then a lot of my Invoices were deleted from my Account online.<br />They think I'm stupid (yes for staying with them) now the Meter has been changed ,they are deliberately messing my Bill's up thinking I won't know they're trying to cover up the fault. Last month my Invoice was $352.60 then a week later they credited $125 for Govt rebate & when I went to pay online it was $243.60 to pay now,so I paid the lesser amount & now they are saying I'm overdue $125 . So in other words they credit the rebate on my statement & then take it off.<br />I have been in tears many times because of this & can't take it any more ,I have pleaded with them to give me a Bill that's correct ,I will pay ,but this has been a nightmare. I have held off going to the Media but I think that's the only way they will stop doing what they're doing.<br />I think they need to stop bullying me & contact Ausgrid to work out how much compensation they both owe for all the years neither of them have addressed the problems with this Electricity connection.
