Customer kylie saunders seeks apology and reconnection of electricity from sumo energy due to family violence situation causing unsafe living conditions.

DT 4195906 Dear Sumo Australia LTD, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the outstanding amount of $262.92 referenced under DT 4195906, which has been erroneously assigned to my credit file. It has come to my attention that this outstanding balance has adversely affected my credit rating. I request that within 21 days of receiving this complaint, you take immediate action to rectify this situation by contacting Credit Corp and removing the aforementioned debt from my credit file. I must emphasize that despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with Sumo management, I have been unable to reach a satisfactory resolution. I want to reiterate that I did not receive the bill in question, as I no longer reside at the premises associated with this account. Furthermore, it is crucial to note that this outstanding bill does not pertain to me, as I have sold the property in question. My legal representative settled all outstanding bills, including this one, on November 15th. The presence of this erroneous debt on my credit file has had a significant impact on my borrowing capacity, hindering my ability to secure financial assistance when needed. Therefore, I urge you to exercise common sense and promptly remove this debt from my credit file, thereby rectifying my credit rating. My gas bill double up his quarter, last quarter was $1,500ish and this quarter is $2,800ish. It was summer and i didnt use extra gas. Please check again as it is unreasonable differences.

Sumo energy cancelled my pension discount October 2022. They have said the email did go to an incorrect email address and gave me the address they used Not Mine!!! Said there would have been a paper copy sent by post, Never Received!!! by me. also didn't get the Qld Government Power cost of living assistance for Qld consumers. Pensioners need all the help they can get, not to be ripped off by the power companies to the tune of Hundreds of dollars. My accounts were a paid by direct debit from my Credit Card Account.. Hi, I had a payment taken out twice, this was 10 days ago. I was told I would have my refund 7 - 9 days later. I'm on a pension so it's left me with nothing in my account for 10 days. I rang this morning and the lady said the money was approved but it will be 7 - 10 days from today the 15/1/24. I need that payment now. I have no food and animals to feed.
