Customer complaint about front passenger seat not moving up or down in mitsubishi car purchased from redcliffe mitsubishi in may 23.
The front Passenger seat has no movement Up or down and have been informed that it doesn't move up or down. I find it hard to get in or out from the front passenger seat as the seat is as high as it will go. (Not hard to notice.) I would like to know how this can be changed. Seems strange that the front passenger seat is not able to move up or down. My car was bought from Redcliffe Mitsubishi in May 23.

Hello, I recently took my Triton Ute for a service at Leo Franco Mitsubishi in Griffith NSW on the 25/07/24 which I dropped off at 09.30 am I was told it wouldn't be ready until 16.30 I asked if it could be done early than that as I don't live in Griffith, and 7hrs is a long time to just wander around the town, the women suggested it might get done earlier, so I returned at 15.00 and was told they had only just started it, I eventual got it back at 16.45 my question is why was I obviously put right at the back of the queue when I had booked it in at least 3 weeks in advance, also the service invoice states they had checked the pressure on the spare tyre which is false because the next day I checked it myself and you could see by the dust marks it hadn't been checked, I checked the pressure and it was around 25 psi, I'm also doubtful that they had rotated the tyres as I requested, it also states that they road tested it which is also false as I was standing there when they drove it out of the workshop, and parked it, it makes me wonder what else they didn't check, I was also charged the exorbitant price of $112.07 tax excluded for an air filter when you can see them online for $60-$70 and to top it off the mechanic left grease marks on both doors, will definitely not be returning to this establishment, thank you.
