Customer experienced a blown tire, called mercedes-benz roadside assistance but received no help, only automated messages. frustrated with lack of assistance, will not renew.
My complaint relates to the Mercedes Benz Roadside Assistance to which we have paid for service for some years. We recently required service for a blown tire on Tuesday 14 May whilst driving along Mona Vale Road towards Ryde in peak hour traffic. Apparently there was a brick or concrete on the road., I managed to cross three lines of traffic and called your number. ABSOLUTELY USELESS. No person answered just a message prompt and at 17.48pm received a text to access either a computer link or phone1800 901 054 and stating my incident was recorded. Did so, but again no person answered and just a phone message stating all were busy, appreciate your etc, valued customer etc. RUBBISH. Waited a very lengthy time and then decided IO would need to change the wheel myself which I did. After a considerable time lag (and after I had changed my spare wheel and continued on my journey) a male called my mobile and asked for my name and vehicle registration. He said but we don't have a call registered to that vehicle. I got angry and advised him that perhaps that was because no person could be contacted, on;y received ongoing messages and I had been waiting on line for approx. 45 minutes. With respect your Roadside "Assistance" is useless. I will not be renewing and will go back to the NRMA service.

Customer unhappy with mercedes-benz service, multiple recalls, long wait times, uber code not working, poor customer service at parramatta location.
I bought my car 2 years ago and comes with a lot of Recall. Every time they gave me uber because it took whole day to fix. This time at the first he said can’t give you uber. Then he came and said we will give you then then they sent me code for uber which is not working. I went to 5 people in customer service and no one knows how to fix it and they didn’t send me new code. My question is what company is expecting from customer? To wait in lounge for 8 hours to fix their car? Or walking to the station in cold and rainy day. Every time I came in Mercedes parramatta they are treating me bad. I came in on7/6/2024 at 8:45

Have got faded glass and bubbles on chrome in console. Dealer is providing with spares from his end as company is not taking any responsibility for poor quality. they want me to pay for the Labor which I am not happy about and if need to can go through consumer court.

C200 MY14 and other model have issues with the passenger side door handle. It is breaking like a cheap car. Not expected at all. Customers pay for the good material and seems like you are providing sheet like other chines car.

Customer ordered a sprinter van from mercedes-benz, waited 14 months, then was told they couldn't get one. refunded $5000, no explanation, waiting for 2025 order.
Put an order in for a sprinter van 4x4 in 2022 waited 14 months and then was told that I couldn’t get one. Got no explanation for this they refunded my $5000 and that was it. I am currently on a waiting list now with another dealer for an 2025 order. I did put a complaint in and got nothing in response. Not good enough. Thanks Leigh

Customer is complaining about mercedes-benz dealership being unresponsive to engine issue on 18-month-old car and not providing promised loan car.
Hi , I have bought my brand new car with Mercedes 18 months ago. And now it has got some issue in engine and I have been trying to contact dealership and asking them if they can have a look at my car asap but they been giving me dates which is like 2 weeks away. And when I ask them for loan car they said they can’t provide it but when buying a car they have told us if anything goes wrong with car they will give us loan car. And dealship is being so slack about fixing it when it’s only 18 months old car.

Customer seeks $2,500 from mercedes-benz for additional work on a certified mb used car, including tyres and gear box service.
Subject: MB B250 643HX2 I purchased the above car about 5 months ago being a Certified MB used car with a 2 year warranty I have recently had it serviced and to my surprise having only done 2500 k since purchase was requested to approve $2.5k of additional work being two front tyres and a gear box service The tyres must have been marginal when I purchased I was advised that the gear box service was because there is no record of it being carried out within the Mercedes records.This being the case I would expect that you would have done it as part of your Certifying process Another problem are the tyres which were advertised as RFT on Carsales - they are not, rather Winrun with a MB space saver spare.
