Customer purchased ldv automotive t60 pro with recurring 4wd system warning light issue, inconvenienced by multiple tows and lack of courtesy car.
I Purchased the 2024 T60 Pro,2 weeks later the check 4wd System warning light came on the dash board. According to the drivers hand book it recommends not to drive the vehicle. So I phoned the road side assistance and they towed it back to the dealership. I was told 2days later by the manager Brad that the issue was fixed and would be unlikely to happen again. Seventeen days later it has happened again. The vehicle needs to be towed back to the dealership. Being a weekend the service team is not working so again I am extremely inconvenienced. They cannot provide a courtesy car until the vehicle has been assessed

Customer's ldv car broke down and was towed to ldv dealer. mechanic on holiday, had to wait. found another dealer to look at car sooner.
My son in law car broke down at marulan nsw on saturday 4th its a ldv still under warranty it was towed back to ldv dealer in golbourne the machanic went on two weeks holiday so have to wait till then to start anything its about 4hrs drive from there home customer care said ring around to other dealers to see if i could get looked at sooner found dealer at lansvale he was sorry about the whole ordeal they put us in he said he would look at car as soon as he got a chanch we had to get it to him jack at customer care said he will put in aplication to get car to them both my daughter and son in law work a fair distance away from home

Customer seeks new car from ldv automotive due to multiple issues with recently purchased vehicle.
I bought a NEW CAR t60 Max pro on Friday the 31st may on the Monday I connected my phone to get the QDLINK working and as we scrolled the screen it would pixelize, also the voice would be coming through my phone and not the car then the car would be pulling to the left also the sensor wipers would be working even if there was no water , so I returned the car to the dealership at lansvale and now they are saying that they need to fix the screen as it is faulty . So now this is not a brand new car I bought this is a second hand car . And now no one is calling me back with a solution ... I clearly have stated I want a new car

Waterpump failure on ldv deliver 9, driver stranded, $665 tow cost, seeking compensation and apology from ldv automotive.
Waterpump failed on my 2023 LDV Deliver 9 with only 21000km, leaving my worker stranded on the sunshine coast QLD. Found out there is a recall on this I was not made aware of. I had to pay a $665 tow to get it to LDV to fix as LDV roadside assist would not help my driver. If I had been made aware of this recall, the van would have gone into LDV straight away to get fixed. Instead, LDV didn't tell me, and van was used as normal, and broke down farm from home. I am expecting compensation for this tow cost.

Customer experienced multiple issues with ldv d90, including unresolved problems, lack of communication, and poor service, leading to frustration and disappointment.
2023 LDV D90<br /><br /><br />1/9/2023 - Delivery of car , notice rear lever that drops 2nd row of seats was not working properly and screw missing . Reported to the dealer, photos taken and was told it would be in the file for the car and to be looked at at the 1000k heath check service . <br /><br />14/9/2023 - car booked in for 1000k health check and discussed with person on the phone about this issue and said they would look at it. <br /><br />4/10/2023 - took car for 1000k health check and made a point of telling and showing them the rear seat lever , and said they will look at it , and had no record of my conversation with the dealer or the person I booked with. <br />After the service the I asked and with a blank look went to check, No it want looked at and was said they would need time to look at it , what I thought I was doing bringing the car in and telling them. I was told it would be looked at next service. <br /><br />28/9/2023-trailer plug / tail gate <br /><br />On a Quick Trip I found the trailer plug didn’t work properly, with the trailer plugged in reverse or going around a tight corner the sensors were coming on and is very distracting trying to reverse and very dangerous, also there was a slight rattle in the tail gate .<br /><br />2/10/2023-booked service , told person on the phone about the previous issue and new ones ( Trailer plug and tail gate ). Was told they would look at them as the previous issue was never looked at.<br /><br />23/10/2023-service <br /><br />Arrived and told them about the issues had no idea there was any when it was clear because it was a free service they didn’t want to do anything else but the service, even asked to adjust the head lights and was told NO because there was no technician there and would have to book it in another day. <br /><br />SIDE NOTE - when buying the car was told service can be done at Springwood but then booking the first service was told NO only 17 miles rocks because of some strange reason.<br /><br />This is an hour each way trip for me on a good day. First time took 1.5 hours to get there because of traffic. This said anytime I have to bring my car in it’s a day off work.<br /><br />After service once again I was told nothing was looking at and I’d have to book it in another time. <br /><br />24/4/2024- service booked <br /><br />As previously told about the 3 other problems and a new one , top of steering wheel. Very common problem with LDV. <br />Told lady in great detail about all the problems and lack of understanding and communication. <br /><br />22/5/2024- service <br /><br />This date was made so they could look at the problems and service, told lady about the problems on arrival and yet again had no idea about this , explained everything again and was met with a cold shoulder and told they will see what they can do. <br />After service talked to Singh and he did say they were ordering a replacement steering wheel and apparently they had tested the trailer plug and had no fault but when plugged in still was doing the same thing. Was told would have to order a new wiring harness ? Ask about the other issues and got a “ what other issues “ so took him around the car again showing and explaining the issues. I was met with the same answer “ need to book in another day to look at it. This it why it was booked in this day and explained several times.<br />Of course very disappointed now I left thinking why is nothing getting done , when you buy a $50k car you would expect a little more interest in your business.<br />23/5/2024-That aside I made a complaint to your customer service team and yes the next day talked to a very nice empathetic person who told me she would pass this on. <br /><br />11/6/2024-after waiting weeks and a number of missed and not returned calls and Emails I received an email telling me a person will be in touch with in 24hrs<br />14/6/2024-received a call from Someone else not the person mentioned saying I can book my car in to get the warranty issues fixed . <br />15/7/2023- car warranty issues are hopefully resolved today , now after arriving had to explain issues again , I showed the handle again and this person said oh it’s missing a screw ?? This had never been part of the issue and was not the fault, and had been apparently looked at previously and determined it was faulty. The steering wheel was there but after returning to pick up car was told they had the wrong wheel ?? <br />Now the trailer plug I was told apparently they changed the module? Where I was told a new wiring harness was getting changed on the last service . <br />The handle was determined its cables were defective, like I said at the first service, and contact with LDV to get parts , and tailgate the same . So by this stage I’m getting upset because once again nothing has been fixed after 4 visits, 10 months, 4 days off work and hours spent driving there and back. <br />I demanded my keys and left. <br />I the customer was doing the right thing and bringing the vehicle to the same dealership and I have never felt like a valued customer there. <br />I had never thought but wished for a new car and when a chance arose we as a family were so happy and excited, this whole experience has made me deeply hurt .
