Customer seeks $650 refund from carpet call for poorly completed carpet join resulting in mismatched colors, lack of response from management.
I had the carpet replaced in the dining/lounge area due to a join that was not completed properly according to your carpet layer The problem with the new carpet is that is two different colors. Also pointed out by your carpet layer, I have rung the Marsden Park store and spoke to Oscar, who told me it's not he's problem speak to Soran the ops manager, I have emailed Soran, as requested by Oscar, but there is no reply from Soran. I would expect a little bit of service after spending $16,000 with your company not just to be ignored and hope that I go away. This is the second lot of carpet that has been laid and it's very upsetting to be treated like rubbish because your managers don't want to deal with us. I would like the carpet replaced or the $650 I had to pay to correct your bad workmanship, either way is fine by us as long as we don't have to wait another 5 months for answers. Geoff Rice
