Customer complains about delayed delivery, confusion with invoices, and extra payment for coffee machine. requests $400 off oven and apology.
I would like to complain about the poor experience I am having with a purchase of 3 x Neff appliances made on-line through the Brisbane store. I made the purchase on 18/4/24 (order SO07139213) and this included a discounted coffee machine. I received a confirmation email from Winnings the same day, then an email from Neff the next day. Neff called me on the 19th April and explained that once the items were delivered, I should call Winnings to arrange installation. I then heard nothing from anyone until the 2/5/24 and 15/5/24 when I received copies of what appeared to be system generated tax invoices for the oven and coffee machine. I did not know why I had received these or why I also didn't receive one for the microwave I had purchased. I was confused at this point in time. After hearing nothing further I decided on Monday 27th May to contact both Neff and Winnings to ask about the status of my order. Winnings got back to me on the 28th May and said the coffee machine was not available and I would have to pay an additional $2000+ to but the next available model. Neff also replied stating that my oven has been delivered to Winnings, the coffee machine will be delivered today (29th May) and the microwave will be delivered next week. I am now totally confused as to whether or not I am getting the coffee machine I actually ordered and if not, why not? It is still listed (as of yesterday) online for purchased. Surely if I purchased one 6 weeks ago, one would have been reserved for me then, as my order was confirmed by Neff on the 19 April. Also, at no time did anyone inform me of what the delivery process is. i assumed delivery would be directly to me and not the store, and also I would be informed of the significant delay, will be at lest 7 weeks!!! This whole process has been a very poor customer experience. I do not want to pay extra for a coffee machine that is not on sale, like the one I originally purchased, and I think I should be offered the discount that is currently available on the oven model that I purchased ($400 off) as a gesture of apology for this poor experience. Perhaps you guys should look at removing the coffee machine from being able to be purchased on-line if it is not available AND you should let customers know what the process is regarding delivery and timeframes if purchasing from a supplier like Neff.

Customer seeking replacement trays for rusting issue in neff combi-steam oven purchased from winning appliances in june 2021.
We purchased our Neff combi-steam oven (NEFF B47FS36N0B 60cm Built-In Combi-Steam Oven) on 30 June 2021 from Winning Appliances. We have always used the self-cleaning functions as directed and followed all instructions for regular maintenance and cleaning (e.g. descaling when it tells us to, drying out the appliance after steam use, etc.) We had a professional oven cleaner come to service the ovens last week and he remarked that the trays were rusting, and they shouldn't be rusting given how new they are. He suggested we lodge a complaint and ask for replacement trays.

Customer seeks replacement, apology, and assurance for delivery of appliances to specified location due to unauthorized delivery and lack of response.
Winnings Taren Point delivered my Zip tap worth over $7,000 to my builders finance manager without any authority from me. The order is in my name and I have made the payments from my personal account and can provide proof. For the last two days I have emailed Taren Point and called. No one has bothered responding. I have 2 ovens/cooktop/dishwasher arriving from NEFF ordered under my name paid for by me. Under no circumstance is this to be delivered to my Builder Arcadia Developments/Joel Williams/Joel Sokkar or anyone but me. I will be contacting my solicitor if I dont get a response as to why my appliances are being released to the builder when he has not paid for my items. Why am I not getting any response. My details are Mirjana Ilic 0413994925, the Invoice numbers are as follows SO06547637-1, NEFF 8300691804, FALMEC/Franke S0616107. The project address is 27 Greycliff St Queenscliff 2096 and is still not locked up because of extensive delays due to issues with the builder. I will provide storage at my home here in Cromer 2099 because I dont trust Winnings, it seems a text is sent for delivery then a person provides an address. How can you release items to people who have not paid for them, I would never trust someone to store my items for me. Phylis from Taren point confirmed that the Zip tap was delivered to Joel Sokkar in on the 22/05/2024, she has a photo. Phyliss did not provide any assistance with retrieving my tap nor has she contacted my since I spoke to her on Thursday. I didn't authorise this delivery. Moving forward I will provide a written address for my remaining items. This experience and the lack of handover has been appalling, I would never recommend winnings appliances to any of my friends based on this stressful experience. I have also purchased items from appliances on line and to date have had no issues, so I would have a hard look at why Winnings Commercial has such a poor communication and delivery system. I want in writing assurance that my items will be delivered to me, I want an apology, if i am not successful in retrieving my Zip tap I expect a replacement. i also expect my remaining appliances to be delivered to me at the location I advise. The amount of time I have spent on hold and lack of response is appalling.
