Customer upset with dyson for continuing to send marketing emails despite unsubscribing and requesting them to stop.
I bought something ten years ago . They are still sending me marketing emails even though I’ve unsubscribed and begged them by phone to stop. They will not.

Customer unhappy with dyson service, waiting for new vacuum with no dispatch notice. requesting quick resolution as promised.
Hello, so my old, but not very old Dyson has broken down. I have spoken to Dyson and they said it is a battery. They are sending a new battery which will take four weeks. So, I said what is the best deal you can do for me with a new Dyson vacuum cleaner. They did the new deal… I did it with Afterpay. I have not seen a dispatch notice since I received my first email from Dyson saying that your order has been received. It is now 10:46pm on the 5th of June 2024. They ensured me that I would have the new vacuum cleaner dispatched as soon as possible. I said to the sales person over the phone I can get the new vacuum cleaner for the same price through Myers which would be dispatched and delivered to me within five days. The sales person at Dyson direct ensured me they could offer the same service. I have received no dispatch notices. Could you please look into this complaint, for me as being an already Dyson customer? I am not very happy with the service as you didn’t have a spare battery part in Australia for my previous Dyson machine and now I’m waiting for a new Dyson machine and there has been no dispatch notice to ensure me that my my new vacuum is in its way. Please remember on talking to your sales person over the phone they ensured me that I would have a quick delivery of my new Dyson machine . As an Australian person who wants to vacuum their home and hasn’t for over one week. I request a quick outcome as promised. Kind regards Janiece

Customer seeks replacement vacuum from dyson due to recurring battery issue, poor repair service, and lack of response from dyson.
Warranty Claim - DYSON V8 ORIGIN PLUS Serial number: X8X-AU-RKJ5685A In June 2023, we submitted a warranty claim request to Dyson via there website. The problem we were experiencing was the DYSON V8 V8 Original PLUS stick vacuum was cutting out after 5-10 seconds when battery was fully charged. Dyson requested we send the device to there center for analysis. It took them 4 weeks to review, repair and send back. The returned device arrived on back late July 2023 and was missing the wall charger so we then had to wait another 4-5 weeks to receive the charging cable. From original submission to being able to use the vacuum again, it took 12-13 weeks. Dyson advised the problem was the battery and they had replaced the battery. The vacuum worked ok until early April 2024 when the same problem resurfaced. On the 7th April, I sent Dyson the below email - From: ylwblk@bigpond.com Date: April 7, 2024 4:02 PM To: "aucustomercare@dyson.com" <aucustomercare@dyson.com> Subject: [EXTERNAL EMAIL] Fwd: We've fixed your Dyson machine Hi There, Good afternoon. As per the below email trail and repair reference details, 8-9 months ago we advised Dyson of a battery problem with our stick vacuum. The battery was replaced and the unit sent back. The same problem has reappeared. Battery when fully charged, stops and starts and then stops working. Could you please review this and provide an urgent solution. We will NOT be sending the vacuum back to Dyson this time as it took far too long t have it returned last time Our preference is for a new vaccum to be sent and when received the current one can be returned and disposed of Regards Nick Papadimitriou 0409214552 On the 9th April, I received a response advising that the problem - This sound indicates a restriction in airflow through the machine. We would encourage checking the machine's airways as shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dpxRl17N03E On the 11th April, I responded with the below Hi Jess, Thank you for your email. Last time this occurred DYSON confirmed it was. a battery issue and replaced the battery but it took 10 weeks to get the vacuum returned. Its the same issue. I have tried what you advised and it has not corrected the problem. As per our previous email - Our preference is for a new vaccum to be sent and when received the current one can be returned and disposed of. We currently have a device that was purchased in Nov 2022, repaired in July 2023 and again faulty and Dyson are ignoring our requests for a replacement. The outcome we are seeking is a replacement vacuum. The cost outlay vs value for money is very poor and unacceptable.

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent issue with my Dyson V15 Detect Absolute vacuum cleaner (Order number: 1302324305), which I purchased the day it was released in 2021. As a long-time loyal customer, I have purchased and used various Dyson products over the years, including fans, heaters, hair dryers, curlers, and several vacuum cleaners. I have always trusted and been satisfied with the high quality and performance of Dyson products.<br /><br />Unfortunately, a bit of plastic that holds the dust bin in place broke off during normal use, causing the chamber housing to come off every time I empty the vacuum cleaner. When I reached out to Dyson Customer Support, they acknowledged my loyalty and offered to replace the motor unit, as this part is connected to the motor, at a reduced cost of $200 from the original $500. While I appreciate the discount, I am shocked that such an issue has arisen after paying $1500 for the vacuum cleaner in 2021. My older Dyson vacuum cleaners, which I handed down to family members, are still in use without any problems.<br /><br />I requested that this issue be handled under warranty, but my request was refused by your customer support team. Given that the vacuum cleaner has been well-maintained and shows no other signs of damage, I believe this breakage should not have occurred with normal use. The serial number of the device is N3M-AU-PBA0372A<br /><br />I kindly request that you review this matter and consider covering the repair or replacement under warranty. I have always been a loyal Dyson customer, and I hope to continue trusting, using and recommending Dyson products to others.

I bought my partner some Dyson stratners she has had them just over 2years and they won’t charge even when plugged in .i think for 400 pound they should last longer than that when we rang Dyson they said 2years is up so it’s not there problem a company of that size I think its disgusting that thay won’t do anything
