Customer seeking refund for $700 deposit error at anz morley branch, urgently needed for medical appointment in singapore.
On the 24th March at aroud 1pm, the ANZ atm at the Morley branch (in the Galleria) took $700 when I tried to deposit it - it had an error message saying "deposit cannot be completed, cash cannot be returned, please contact branch". I have been trying since then to get my money back - I have called the helpline on the atm, I have called the branch, visited the branch twice, filled out a dispute form, had someone else lodge a report, and nothing is happening. I am leaving for Singapore tomorrow and need that money for a medical appointment and medicine. Please please please help me get my money back asap.

I am writing to urgently address the ongoing issue regarding the block on my ANZ Plus account, and I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. As a newcomer to cryptocurrency transactions, I unfortunately fell victim to a scam while buying and selling USDT on the OKEx exchange. The $19,000.00 AUD deposit into my account on December 17, 2023, was a result of a transaction where I sold 11,046.51 USDT. I have diligently provided all pertinent evidence, including the recipient's driving license and payment proof, which was sent on the exchange platform. It's crucial to highlight that the individual involved in this transaction is attempting to take advantage of my limited experience in the crypto space, fully aware that the nature of cryptocurrency transactions makes it impossible for me to reverse the process. Despite my efforts to release the funds, my account remains blocked, causing severe financial hardship and bringing my small business to a standstill. Customer unable to access money due to account restriction, experiencing phone cutouts when trying to contact anz for resolution.
Open up this account a week go for the last couple of days I have not been able to access my money I've been on the phone to ANZ all day trying to access my money which apparently has a restriction on my account but every time I wait an hour to speak to someone the phone cuts out has a restriction on my account I can't access my own money but yet I can't have customer service even answers the phone
