Ivanka is seeking the return of $17,650 from anz after her friend's account was closed due to a fraud investigation.
My name is Ivanka. I sent a friend $17650 as a loan from me. Her ANZ bank said it was a fraud and closed her account. But the bank has been withholding my $17,650 as they have said to her and myself that this was being investigated. They also told her that my money had been returned to me. That is a lie. I have been waiting months for my money to be returned to my Westpac account. I can't get any response from anyone any other way. It's so frustrating.

Customer seeks repayment of interest and clearance of loan due to bank error during business sale settlement.
We sold our News agency business in July 2015 and expected all bank loans to be paid out of settlement with new owners. We left to go overseas on a holiday in August and thought that this would have been completed by our return in October. Everything was done except our business overdraft of $70K I have just been paying interest payments on this since then, but after a conversation with a bank person suggested I should discuss this with someone. I gather I would have paid approximately $100K in interest in the previous 9 years to now. I believe this overdraft used the News agency stock as security as well as my wife and I as directors. The company name does not even exist and nor have we renewed the ABN some years ago. We had financial issues in the 12 months after when our investment from the news agency went into receivership, so we just continued to pay interest on this account. This has been a weight on our shoulders for some time and wish this was payed out correctly at original settlement. As far as an outcome - I think we have paid more than the principle out in interest and would appreciate this loan cleared with some interest repaid as the bank should have done correctly in the first place.

Customer complaining about receiving mail for wrong person, requesting anz to stop sending letters and suggesting contacting police to find the person.
We have been returning Anz letters to mr E FULI 15/66 Marsden road Liverpool for over 6 months as he does not reside here. This man is totally a misfit and unreliable any further mail comes here we will put in the garbage together with his police fines We have asked him repeatedly to change his address to no avail i would suggest contacting the police to find him. The account was: Jan M Hoare ANZ 013 030 Ac 350 664 157 My account details: Dianne H McCosker Bendigo Bank BSB 633 000 Ac 141 558 254 Payments made: 20 April, 2023 @ 9.17pm amount unknown ref Dr Anderson Owen Acknowledgement number 180829771 21 April, 2023 6.18pm Amount $19000 Ref Dr Anderson Owen Acknowledgement 180838417 22 April, 2023 at 6.26am $50,000 Ref Dr Anderson Owen Acknowledgement 180839732 24 April, 2023 at 7.32pm $50,000 Ref Dr Anderson Owen Acknowledgement 180856285 26 April, 2023 at 3.13pm ref: Dr Anderson Owen $40,000 Acknowledgement 180870376 The bank paid all payments except the two for $50,000 and has since held the funds. I have NOT heard from the bank! The funds were for my partner’s release from jail in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He is still in jail! We need a resolution! Jan Hoare states she has tried to get the bank to pay the funds, but the say they are deciding if it’s part of a scam! The transactions clearly show monies before and after the two $50,000 amounts were paid. Please release the funds to me so I may pay for my partners release from prison. I have tried many avenues!!!! Customer upset with teller at anz bondi junction, seeking apology and accountability. considering moving funds due to disrespectful behavior.
I am a very longstanding customer and had very bad assistance from a teller today in your Bondi Junction branch. Zero tolerance was certainly on my, the customer’s,side. I needed help with the several accounts I hold with you……his attitude was APPALLING, throwing the receipts in my face and puffing and blowing aggrivation. I have been with ANZ for many years and have a few accounts and substantial holdings. Your Tellar needs to be accounted for… he did come to me and apologise later but…too late. Disgraceful and appalling behaviour….My holdings are my money NOT yours and I Have a substantial amount…to be nurtured and respected……That Tellar needs to be told…..the Bondi Junction Branch is aware of the incident….happened today at 11.10 am Wednesday 19th June……I am considering moving my funds…..Calming down is the essence…… Thank you ….Monica Taylor.. Customer seeking £200 and apology from anz due to atm issue at sainsbury store in london, money stuck in machine.
Hello, I am holidaying in London, I used the ATM outside the Sainsbury store, my withdrawal was for £300 the machine dispensed 4 × £10.00 the rest of the money was jammed stuck in the rollers, I went into the Sainsbury store to speak to the manager, I spoke to Steve Harrison and explained what has happened with my withdrawal from the ATM machine, he explained this happens often with that ATM jamming notes, he has asked to have the machine removed, he advised me that when they restock the ATM they will recover my money, the store/ ATM is W12 Centre Broadway 19 Shepherd 's Bush W12 8PP, THE card I used ANZ Debit Card DONNA CARMICHAEL 4622 3910 0481 0001 expiry date 06/24.
