Trying to get a dispute resolved by the ANZ is akin to pulling teeth. Long waits for customer service, stonewalling when you do get through, never their fault etc. Longterm customer here, and after the closure of their branches in all the towns where I live and the atms, I am transferring to the only bank with a branch.

Be very careful when having to deal with ANZ Fraud. Especially when you are old. These people will discriminate against you and will twist whatever you say against you. These people will treat you like a criminal. They will use your age against you to confuse you. They are not there to help you. They have there own agenda. Nothing more concerns them than proving whatever they are thing is correct. And ghey will ho to great lengths to being proved right. Thesepeople are dangerous. As l have just experienced by talking to these so called people on the phone. My biggest mistake ever.
