Customer frustrated with australia post for not delivering to correct location, causing inconvenience. threatening to take complaint further and stop using their services.
This is second time they said they couldn't deliver and make me go another day to a post office I have to catch taxi there and back. They keep going West Lakes Shore. At least If Semaphore I can get to No taxi or Port Adelaide can get train. I am disabled and can't do buses! It was Very Very Annoying!! They could have left it behind the chair on the verandah! The front wooden gate is permanently fused shut and deliveries need to go down driveway through small green gate to verandah. The grocery people and such get it right. Why can't You Australia POST.IF this happens again I will take my complaint further and not use Australia Post and tell everyone how unreliable You are.

Item posted on June4, 2024 via Express Post. I now find out that the expected delivery date is June 12 to June 17. Not good enough considering item was posted in Melbourne, I am in Melbourne and it was posted Express Post. I want my parcel ASAP.

Complaints about rural post office closing early, inaccessible ramp, lack of parcel notices, delayed medical parcel, seeking apology from australia post.
Are privately operated local rural Post Offices allowed to close at 3 pm daily? My local P.O. disabled ramp is not the correct camber and is not used by customers because of this, thus making entry difficult for many. My local P.O. does not issue notices in my box, relating to parcel collection, nor have I received an email. It is inconvenient when I live out of town, on a property. A parcel of medical-required underwear was left, without notice from 30/05/24 until I enquired over the counter on 05/06/2024. 2 items both from winnellie Northern Territory 1 no express post the other express post my medicine is express post which is now delayed my other item which was ordered 2 days later no express post and that arrived on time which are shoes now why would an item coming from the exact same place take different times to arrive to me and let me guess ( give it a few more days) or contact the seller (which I have ) someone some where has lost my item and simply won’t admit to it very annoying with Australia post my medicine is to help sleep and stop nightmare and the outcome I want is for someone to admit to their fault or simply deliver my item that’s now late was supposed to be delivered 31st may then said the 5th of June but still nothing no one has a clear answer for me to exactly where my item/s is/are

Customer complaint about lost mail pickup form at fremantle post office, requesting apology and better staff training for handling mail.
To Whom It May Concern, my complaint is regarding the Fremantle Post Office. My staff willed out and signed an authority form for them to pick up the mail for our post box. last week I handed the form to one of the staff behind the counter at the Fremantle Post Office. The staff member took the form and shoved it under the counter. Today one of my staff member went to collect the mail and had to pick up a registered letter. She was advised that she was not able to pick up the letter as she was not on the list. I attended the post office with the staff member and was told that the form could not be found and that particular staff member did not remember receiving the form. I responded she would have as I had asked her for application for Passport form. We have had to fill out another one. I am very disappointed as this is not the first time that some thing like this has happened. A few months ago I attended the post office to send Priority mail to another business. It was never received and it was an urgent matter. It is very annoying and time wasting. Ask the staff to be a bit more careful when taking mail over the counter.

Customer seeks full refund from australia post after mother was scammed $16,000 purchasing apple gift cards, believes australia post should have preventative measures in place.
My mother, an 84 year old pensioner, purchased in 3 separate Australia Post stores, a total of $16,000 of Apple Gift cards. She was scammed and lost all of the money. I have provided details in a letter attached. I request the money be fully refunded to my mother as Australia Post should have realised that she was the subject of a scam. This is very common and Australia Post should have systems in place to prevent this occurring via its stores.
