- Follow staff instructions: They will confirm if the order can still be stopped. If already processed, cancellation won’t be possible.
- Click & Collect orders: Request cancellation via support, or let the order lapse. Uncollected orders cancel automatically after 7 days.
- No cancellation possible? Use returns: If the order has shipped, wait for delivery and then return it within 30 days using Pandora’s free Australia Post return labels.
- Returns process: Keep items unused, with packaging intact. Initiate a return via Pandora’s website or in-store. Refunds are issued once items are received.

- No grace period: Orders are final once confirmed. Attempt cancellations immediately if needed.
- Processing time: Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days, leaving only a few hours to attempt cancellation.

- Return deadline: 30 days from delivery to return items for a refund.
