? Avoid the runaround.

• Before shipping → You may cancel only if you contact Culture Kings immediately before the goods leave the warehouse.
  
  
• After shipping → Cancellations aren’t possible. You’ll need to receive and return the order instead.
  
  
• Store terms → Their Terms of Sale state that once purchased, goods generally cannot be cancelled, but in practice support will help if you act fast.
  

• Consumer rights → Faulty or not-as-described items fall under Australian Consumer Law and are refundable separately from change-of-mind cancellations.
  

1. Act immediately → Call or use live chat as soon as you place the order.

4. Provide details → Order number, email, and your name.
   
   
5. Request cancellation clearly → State order hasn’t shipped yet; ask them to intercept.
   
   
6. Too late? → If order has shipped, you may need to:
   
   
   • Refuse delivery (if advised).
     
     
   • Accept delivery and return via their returns portal.
     
     
7. Confirmation → Ask for an email confirmation of cancellation/refund.
   
   

👉 Tip: Phone/live chat is much faster than email; emails can take up to 48 hours.

• Immediate processing → Orders placed early in the day may ship the same day.
  
  
• Effective window → As little as 30 minutes to a couple of hours after placing the order.
  
  
• Overnight orders → May be cancellable early the next morning before dispatch.
  
  
• No fixed cutoff → The cancellation deadline is whenever the order moves to “shipped.”
  
  
• Weekends/public holidays → Orders sit in queue until business resumes, giving you more time.
  

⚡ Rule of thumb: Cancel within minutes to an hour of ordering. Once you see a shipping confirmation, it’s too late.

• No fees for early cancellations → Cancel before shipping = full refund, no penalties.
  
  
• After shipping → Terms allow them to charge a cancellation fee or deduct costs if they try to recall an order.
  
  
• Returns instead → If you miss cancellation, returns may incur:

  • US: $6.95 handling fee deducted from refunds via online returns portal.
    
    
• Original shipping costs → Non-refundable once items have shipped.
