Culture Kings offers refunds for most change-of-mind purchases within 30 days of purchase or delivery, but only if strict return conditions are met. To qualify:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  
  
• Footwear must include the original undamaged shoebox (not used as shipping box).
  
  
• Non-returnable items include: face masks, underwear, swimwear, earrings, and “Final Sale” items unless faulty.
  
  
• Proof of purchase is required - either your order confirmation email or in-store receipt.
  
  
• Items must arrive at Culture Kings by Day 30, not just be posted by then.
  
  

Returns that don’t meet these standards (such as worn items, missing boxes, or outside the window) may be rejected. If your item is faulty, different rules apply, and you're covered under Australian Consumer Law for a refund, repair, or replacement depending on severity.

The process is handled through the Culture Kings Returns Portal:

1. Start Online: Go to the portal and enter your order number and email.
   
   
2. Select Items: Choose what you want to return and why (e.g., "Too small").
   
   
3. Choose Refund Option: Select refund, exchange, or store credit.
   
   
4. Print Label & Pack: Print your prepaid label and pack items securely (shoes go in a box within a box).
   
   
5. Ship It Back: Drop your parcel at the carrier listed (USPS or UPS). International customers arrange their own shipping.
   
   
6. Processing: Returns are typically processed within 3 business days of arrival.
   
   

If your item is faulty, don’t use the portal - email support with your order number and photos instead.

• Shipping Time: 2–7 days domestically, 1–2 weeks internationally.
