• 30-day return window → Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase/delivery.
  
  
• Condition → Items must be unworn, unwashed, scent-free, and in resaleable condition with tags, packaging, and accessories intact (e.g. shoeboxes). Do not tape/write on shoeboxes.
  
  
• Excluded items → Face masks, underwear, and earrings.
  
  
• Final sale items → Not eligible for return unless faulty.
  
  
• Gift cards → Non-refundable.
  
  
• Promotional gifts → If your purchase included a free gift, it must also be returned for refunds (can be kept for store credit/exchanges).
  
  
• Faulty/incorrect items → Always returnable. Culture Kings provides a free prepaid label in these cases.
  

1. Check eligibility → Ensure items are within 30 days, unused, and tagged.
   
   
2. Online portal → Lodge a return via the Culture Kings Returns Portal. Select items, reason, and whether you want a refund, exchange, or store credit.
   
   
3. Get label & package → Print the prepaid label, package items securely (shoes inside an outer box, not taped shoeboxes).
   
   
4. Post return → Drop off at the instructed carrier location. Track your parcel via the portal.
   
   
5. Processing → You’ll receive email updates when your return is received and when it’s processed.
   
   

Alternative → You can return in-store for an exchange or store credit only (no refunds processed in physical stores).

Faulty/incorrect items → Contact the Customer Experience team within 48 hours. They’ll guide you through a free return and resolution.

• 30 days strict → Returns must arrive back within 30 days.
  
  
• Condition check → Items undergo inspection. Returns with missing tags, wear, or damaged packaging may be denied.
  
  
• Refund exclusions → Original delivery shipping fees are not refunded.
  
  
• Holiday exceptions → During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas), return windows may extend to 60 days.
  
  
• No restocking fee → But portal returns include a handling fee (see next section).
  

• Change-of-mind returns → Customers pay for return shipping. Using the portal incurs an A$8.95 fee, deducted from refund/store credit.
  
  
• Exchanges → $8.95 fee payable upfront at booking.
  
  
• Free returns → Available for full-priced shoes over A$100 (exchange/store credit only). Apply via the portal + waiver form.
  
  
• Faulty items → Free prepaid return label provided.
  
  
• International returns → Customers must pay return postage.
  
  
• Original shipping fees → Not refunded unless the item was faulty.
  

• Inspection first → Refunds/store credits issued after item passes quality check.
  
  
• Refund method → Returned to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, BNPL). Store credits are emailed as gift cards/codes.
  
  
• Processing speed → Usually within a few business days after receiving items.
  
  
• BNPL → Refunds applied through Afterpay/Zip (future instalments cancelled, past payments refunded).
  
  
• Refundid option → Culture Kings offers instant refunds via Refundid (money is back in as little as 60 seconds after lodging, before shipping the item). You must lodge the parcel within 3 days to keep the refund valid.
  
  
• Policy note → Change-of-mind returns may default to store credit if not explicitly requested. Select “refund” in the portal if you want cash back.
  
  
• Faulty returns → Eligible for full refund, replacement, or store credit after verification. Manufacturer checks may take up to 2–4 weeks.
