• Approved Retailers Only: Competitor must be a legitimate Australian or New Zealand business with an ABN/ACN or NZBN.
  
  
• Same Currency: Both prices must be listed in the same currency (AUD or NZD).
  
  

❌ What's Not Eligible

• Member-only deals, loyalty programs, or one-time-use codes.
  
  
• Clearance sales, flash sales, stacked discounts, group buying deals.
  
  
• Marketplace listings (eBay, Amazon), obvious pricing errors.
  
  
• Items from THE ICONIC’s Pre-Loved category.
  
  
• Specific excluded brands (Dyson, GHD, Cloud Nine).

3. Provide Details Clearly
