- Find a lower public rate for the same hotel, room type, dates, number of guests, inclusions, and cancellation/payment conditions on another website.
- Submit your claim before 11:59 PM local hotel time the day before check-in.
- Ensure the competing rate is instantly bookable and still available when Agoda verifies it.
If every detail matches exactly, Agoda will refund you the difference or credit AgodaCash to your account.
How to request a price match at Agoda
- Book your stay on Agoda and note your Booking ID.
- Find a cheaper rate meeting the exact same conditions on another site.
- Collect proof – screenshots and direct URL showing price, room, dates, and terms.
- Submit the Best Price Guarantee Claim Form via Agoda’s Best Price Guarantee page or through Customer Support.
- Wait for confirmation – if approved, Agoda adjusts your booking and refunds/credits the difference.

Exclusions & limitations - when price matches are not allowed at Agoda
Agoda will not match prices that are:
- Part of a package deal (flight + hotel, tours).

- From opaque/secret deals where hotel name is hidden pre-booking.
- From flash sales, app-only promos not publicly available.
- Different due to currency conversion or tax calculation.
