? Avoid the runaround.

Agoda’s cancellation rules depend on the hotel/property’s policy:

• Free Cancellation: Many listings allow cancellation within a set window (e.g., up to 14 days before check-in) for a full refund – check your booking confirmation for the exact “cancel by” date.
  
  
• Non-refundable bookings: No refund if you cancel. You’ll be charged 100% of the stay.
  
  
• Partially refundable: Cancel after the free period but before check-in and you may be charged 1 night’s fee.
  
  
• No-shows: Treated as late cancellations and usually charged at least one night’s stay.
  
  
• Special periods/events may have stricter penalties per hotel rules.
  

1. Log in: Sign in to Agoda.com or the Agoda app → go to “My Bookings.”
   
   
2. Review conditions: Check the booking’s “Booking conditions” to confirm your cancellation deadline and any potential fees.
   
   
3. Initiate cancellation: Click “Cancel Booking” → choose a reason → confirm.
   
   
4. Get confirmation: Follow prompts until you see “Booking was cancelled successfully.” Agoda will also email you confirmation.
   
   
5. Refund check: Refund details (amount, method) will be in the confirmation email.
   
   
6. If online cancellation fails: Contact Agoda via the Customer Support page or call +44 (0)20 3027 7900 (international). Have your Booking ID ready.
   
   

• Typical deadline: Often 14 days before check-in, but varies per property.
  
  
• Cancel before “cancel by” date → no fees; full refund.
  
  
• Cancel after deadline → late cancellation fee applies (often 1 night).
  
  
• Refund processing: Agoda initiates eligible refunds within 10 business days. Bank/card may take up to 30 days or next billing cycle.
  
  
• AgodaCash or credits: Refunded to your Agoda account immediately after processing.
  

• Agoda doesn’t charge its own fee – any fee is per hotel policy.
  
  
• On-time cancellation: No fee, full refund.
  
  
• Late cancellation: Fee = typically cost of 1 night.
  
  
• Non-refundable bookings: 100% fee (no refund).
  
  
• Hotel-initiated cancellations: No fee, full refund or alternate arrangement.
