- After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. You’ll need to wait for delivery and then return under BCF’s 30-day returns policy.
- Click & Collect: Can be cancelled before pickup. If not collected within 14 days, orders are auto-cancelled on day 15 and refunded.
- Lay-by orders: Can be cancelled anytime during the 90-day lay-by period, but incur a $5 termination fee (plus the $2 setup fee is non-refundable).
- BCF-initiated cancellations: Orders may be cancelled by BCF for stock shortages, pricing errors, or terms breaches. You’ll be refunded in full.
- Exclusions: Gift cards and custom/special orders are non-cancellable once purchased.
