Log into your StarTrack Shop account → head to “Links and Forms” → click “Create a Claim” and fill in the return form. - Follow StarTrack’s Instructions
They’ll assess your claim and let you know the next steps - this may include a prepaid return label, a pickup, or sending via Australia Post. - Package the Item Safely
Use the original packaging if possible and include all components and proof of purchase. - Send or Drop Off the Item
Either post the item with the label provided, or follow their drop-off/pickup instructions. Keep tracking info until your refund or replacement is confirmed. - For Business Accounts
