How to return an item to Showpo
- Log in / access portal → Start at the Showpo Returns Portal. Enter your order number + email.
- Select items → Choose what to return + refund method (refund or 110% store credit). Choose carefully, your selection is final.
- Pay return fee → $11.35 AUD for a prepaid Australia Post label. Fee deducted from refund/credit.
- Print label → Attach to package. Use original satchel or box; place shoeboxes inside outer packaging.
- Mail it back → Drop at any AusPost outlet or post box. Ship within 10 days of creating the return.
- Wait for confirmation → You’ll receive emails once received and again when processed. Track via portal.
