How to return an item to Repco

- Online Orders: Can be returned at any Repco store – bring your order confirmation as proof.
- No Receipt? Repco may offer store credit or an exchange at their discretion. Contact Customer Care to check if they can retrieve your invoice.

Repco return timeframes and item conditions
- 30-Day Window: Applies to change-of-mind returns. After 30 days, only faulty items are accepted.

- Faulty Items: Repco typically covers shipping/logistics for confirmed defects (e.g., prepaid satchel, supplier pickup).
