Yes, Myer allows refunds on most items within 30 days of purchase, as long as:

• The item is unused, in original packaging, with tags or seals intact.
  
  
• You provide proof of purchase - a receipt, tax invoice, MYER one app, or bank/card statement.
  
  

🛍 Eligible categories:

• Fashion & homewares: Must be unworn and unused with tags/seals.
  
  
• Beauty & electronics: Only if unopened or faulty.
  
  
• Loyalty rewards: You’ll get store credit, not points or vouchers back.
  
  

🚫 Not refundable:

• Clearance items marked "Reduced to clear"
  
  
• Personal goods (e.g. pierced jewellery, underwear, used cosmetics)
  
  
• Digital content and gift cards
  
  
• Big/bulky items unless faulty (e.g. mattresses, appliances)
  
  

🎄 Holiday bonus: Items bought in Nov/Dec can be returned until Jan 31 of the following year.

In-store purchases:
Bring the item and receipt to any Myer store. Head to the returns counter for on-the-spot processing. (No postal returns allowed for in-store buys.)

Online orders – return in-store or by post:

1. In-store: Bring your item and online invoice or packing slip.
   
   
2. By post:
   
   
   • Go to the Myer Returns page.
     
     
   • Choose ParcelPoint (cheaper) or Australia Post.
     
     
   • Fill out the form, pay the postage fee (~$10–$15), print and attach your label, and send it off.
