Dell Australia offers two pricing perks:

1. A pre-purchase Price Match
   
   
2. A 30-Day Price Guarantee after purchase.
   
   

✅ Before purchase: If you find a lower advertised price for the same Dell product on an approved Australian site, Dell will match it - provided the item is identical in model, configuration, and specs, and is in stock.

✅ After purchase: If Dell.com.au drops the price within 30 days of your purchase, you can request a refund of the difference.

Key conditions:

• The competitor must be an authorised Australian online retailer.
  
  
• Products must match exactly in configuration (verified by Dell’s E-Value code or Part Number).
  
  
• Dell includes shipping and GST when comparing prices.
  
  
• Bulk orders (over 5 units) are not eligible.
  

💬 Before purchase:

• Step 1: Find a cheaper identical Dell product on an eligible Aussie site.

💸 After purchase (30-Day Price Guarantee):

• Contact Dell if Dell.com.au lowers the price on your item within 30 days of your invoice date.
  
  
• Provide your order number and a link to the new price.
  
  
• Dell refunds the difference once per item - no stacking or reclaims on multiple drops.
  

Dell matches prices from major Aussie online retailers (e.g., JB Hi-Fi, Officeworks, Amazon AU if sold by Amazon directly).

They do not match:

• Marketplace resellers (eBay, third-party Amazon sellers),
  
  
• Overseas or grey importers,
  
  
• Member-only deals (e.g., student pricing, loyalty programs).
  

📄 Proof required:

• Preferred: URL to the product page with the advertised price.
  
  
• Other valid formats: catalogue images, screenshots showing date, specs, and price.
  
  
• Dell checks for identical E-Value code or Part Number, and that shipping/GST is included.
  

Dell’s price match won’t apply in these scenarios:

• ❌ Flash sales, limited-time “doorbusters”, or clearance deals,
  
  
• ❌ Coupon-based prices, rebates, or bundled offers (e.g., freebies or gift cards),
  
  
• ❌ Prices with membership requirements (e.g., Dell MPP, student/employee pricing),

• ❌ Obvious pricing errors,
  
  
• ❌ Bulk/reseller orders (more than 5 units).
