Here’s how to make sure Dodo knows about your issue:

   Write down your account number, the affected service (NBN, mobile, etc.), time of disruption, and any modem/router error lights.

3. 📍 Request a Reference Number
   Always ask for a fault reference number so you can track your issue and follow up easily.
   
   
4. ⚠️ Energy Outages? Report Elsewhere
   Dodo doesn’t run the electricity or gas grid. Power outages should be reported to your local distributor (see your bill or emergency info). For gas leaks, call 000.
