  You can cancel if your order hasn't yet been dispatched. Once shipped or prepared for Click & Collect, cancellations are no longer possible.

  If not collected within 14 business days, the order auto-cancels, and a full refund is processed automatically.
  
  
• Club Plus Membership:
  Membership can be cancelled anytime by contacting customer service. Ensure cancellation before renewal to avoid charges.
  
  
• Lay-by Arrangements:
  You can terminate lay-bys anytime, subject to small fees as outlined in the terms.

  Usually, no cancellation fees. Occasionally, a $10 administration fee could apply if cancellation occurs after significant processing, but this fee is rarely enforced.
  
  
• Lay-by Orders:
  Cancellation incurs a $5 termination fee, and the initial $2 setup fee is non-refundable.
  
  
• Club Plus Membership:
  No cancellation fees, but membership fees already paid are not refunded.
  
  
• Shipping Costs:
  If you refuse delivery or return an item after dispatch due to change of mind, you may incur shipping costs.
