How to cancel a Specsavers subscription, service or order
Online Orders (Glasses or Sunglasses)
- Have your order number ready (from your email or account).
- Call 1800 074 171 or use the online contact form.
- Request cancellation immediately — timing is critical.
- If not yet in production, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
- If already shipped, wait for delivery, then use Specsavers’ 3-month return policy.
Contact Lens Orders
- Once processed, contact lens orders generally cannot be cancelled.
- Still, call Customer Service immediately to check. If cancellation isn’t possible, unopened lenses can usually be returned within 3 months.
Contact Lens Subscription (easypay)
- Log in to your account at specsavers.com.au.
- Navigate to Easypay Subscription in My Account.
- Select “Edit or Cancel Subscription.”
- Confirm cancellation and check that no future deliveries are scheduled.
- Alternatively, call Customer Service to cancel.

- Eye tests and in-store services can usually be cancelled or rescheduled via your booking confirmation or by calling the store directly.
