- Monitor refund – Refunds are sent back to your original payment method (card, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip, etc.).
- If missed dispatch – Accept or refuse delivery, then process through Repco’s returns policy instead.
How long does a Repco cancellation take?
- Delivered orders: Cancel before dispatch. Since orders are often shipped quickly, cancel within the same day of purchase if possible.
- Click & Collect orders: Cancel any time before collection. If uncollected for 30+ days, you lose your payment.
- Buy Now, Pay Later (Afterpay/Zip): Cancel before dispatch. Repco will notify the provider to adjust/cancel installments.
- Repco-initiated cancellations: Triggered as soon as stock issues are known, with immediate refund initiated.
