- Follow support instructions → Menulog will confirm if cancellation is possible and whether fees apply.
- Get confirmation → Request email/chat proof of cancellation and refund.
- Track your refund → Online payment refunds take 3–5 business days (up to 10). Cash orders are simply voided with no charge.
