Mecca cancellation rules vary depending on what you’re trying to cancel:

Product Orders (Online)

You cannot cancel or modify Mecca orders. Mecca’s terms clearly state:

“Once your order is placed, you cannot edit, add to or cancel it.”

Your only option is to wait for delivery, then return the items under Mecca’s 90-day returns policy.

Mecca may occasionally help if the warehouse hasn’t processed the order yet, but this is not guaranteed.

Beauty Services & Appointments

Cancellations are allowed, but strict rules apply:

• Cancel ≥24 hours before appointment → full refund
  
  
• Cancel <24 hours before appointment → payment is non-refundable
• Cancel within 2 hours online → online cancellation is disabled and you must call Mecca
  
  
• Bookings made in-store → must be cancelled by calling the store or Customer Care
  

Loyalty Program (Beauty Loop)

Beauty Loop is free. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

Since Mecca offers no order cancellation, the only cancellable service is beauty appointments.

1. Cancel a Mecca Beauty Service (Easiest Method)

If the appointment is more than 2 hours away:

1. Log into your Mecca account
   
   
2. Go to My Appointments
   
   
3. Select Cancel Appointment

This refunds your prepaid fee if cancelled ≥24 hours in advance.

2. Cancel Within 2 Hours (or In-Store Bookings)

You must call:

• Your Mecca store directly, or
  
  
• Mecca Customer Care (1800 007 844)
  

Bookings cancelled under 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

3. “Cancel” an Online Product Order (Indirect Route)

Since Mecca does not allow order cancellations, you must:

• Contact Customer Care immediately via live chat or phone
  
  
• Request an address change or dispatch interception
  
  
• If unsuccessful → wait for the parcel, then process a return

Returns are free within 90 days.

Services

Online Orders

There is no cancellation window. If Mecca cancels on their end (e.g., suspected fraud or out of stock), refunds take 3–5 business days.

Beauty Service Fees

• Free cancellation with ≥24 hours’ notice
  
  
• 100% of prepaid amount forfeited if cancelled <24 hours
  
  
• No additional penalty
  
  

Product Order Cancellation

There are no cancellation fees, because cancellations aren’t allowed.

If you return your order later:

• Product refund is issued
  
  
• Original shipping fees (like express) are typically not refunded
  

Mecca-Initiated Cancellations

If Mecca cancels your order:

• You are fully refunded
  
  
• No penalties apply
  
  
• Refund time: 3–5 business days
