90-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
You can return eligible products within 90 days of purchase as long as you have proof of purchase.
Product Condition Requirements
- Brand new, unopened → full refund
- Lightly tested or used → exchange or store credit
Customers frequently praise MECCA for accepting lightly used items if they didn’t work out.
Exclusions
- Sexual Wellness products → must be unopened, sealed
- Gift cards → non-refundable
- Items purchased at third-party stockists must be returned there
- Items purchased from other MECCA regions must follow the regional policy
If you're within the 90-day window and the product is in reasonable condition, MECCA staff will almost always help you out.
How to return an item to MECCA
You can return your MECCA items in-store or online, both are simple.
1. In-Store Returns
Return any MECCA purchase (online or in-store) to any MECCA, MECCA Maxima, or MECCA Cosmetica store with your proof of purchase.
They can process:
- Refunds
- Exchanges
- Store credit
All on the spot.
2. Free Postal Returns (Australia Only)
If you can’t get to a store, returning by mail is free.
Step 1 — Find your order details: Order number or receipt.
Step 2 — Contact MECCA Customer Care: They’ll check your item’s eligibility and issue a free AU Post return label or QR code.
Step 3 — Pack your return: Use original packaging if possible. Remove old labels if reusing a MECCA mailer.
Step 4 — Lodge the parcel
Drop off at any:
- Australia Post Office
- Post Box
- Parcel Locker
Step 5 — Confirmation: MECCA emails you once processed.
